I have a type-s. I don't remember the last I've seen a type-s around my part of town. I know they're out there but they seem pretty damn rare so as it sits (completely stock) it stands out. Seen a few TLs but not many. Lexus I see seems to be the choice around here. BMW after that

To answer the thread title question, "Subtle-y." Came out of the store one day and noticed a random gathering. Not a lot of modded TLs around here, so even just a few will make you "stick out".

I liked how mine stood out with the roof spoiler, but now that it's been removed (not by me), I like that my TL is less noticeable. Factory wheels, overall stock appearance (except A-spec front lip, side skirts, and front fog lights) to me keep my car stealthy.

Just the opposite at my office. 4 TLs and I'm the only male and they love to make fun of me for driving a chick car.
I don't want mine to stand out. I already have a car that people treat as if you're driving a Lambo. Everytime I get gas I have a crowd of people asking about it. Everytime I go anywhere people are wanting me to floor it or pull over to look at it. Everyone from kids to old men. Every GF I've had does not understand it because to them its just an ugly car.
I am always surprised at how good my TL looks when someone else drives it and I'm following. The subtle mods with the slight lowering, wide tires, and even the BBK make a huge difference without looking rice or like I'm trying to stand out. I would never do any visual mods just to look different. The only non stock tl I've seen around here has stock sized ugly rims and thats about it.

a chick car??? lol I am on TL #2 and not a single person has told me i drive a chick car. When I had an Xterra in between EVERYONE told me I drove a chick car lol. weird.

^^from the looks of some of the male drivers i've seen in those TLs...the only one that looks like he would mod at least has tint (but his car is always dirty like the other TLs i see). the others...not so much. it's a big office building so they all work somewhere in the building.

My gf told me it was a girl's car but after riding in it and like a week after she warmed up to it and likes it now. Still annoys me because she says it looks like every other 4 door sedan out there.
