Just picked up 2008 base TL. Seats and mirrors keep changing to previous setup after shut off. How do I get rid of that ? TIA.

Save your own position in one of the memory settings (depending on which number key you use to unlock the car).

I used the procedure, highlighted in yellow, on an automatic 2G CL-S I purchesed in 2019 that did the same thing. I hated readjusting the
driver seat everytime I drove the bloody car with the previous owner's seat / mirror adjustment set-up. It cleared it up and I found joy.

However, looking through your 3G TL owners manual, I can't find anything, regarding this 'driving position memory' process that resembles this procedure, though.

 

Thanks everyone. I was somehow able to figure this out. After driving I turned off my car, took out keys from ignition, without exiting put my keys back to II postion and hit memory button on driver window. It beeped and I was able to set it up. Thanks again.
