?????HFL doesn't doesn't recognize any voice commands?????

All of a sudden my HFL wont responded to any voice commands. It’s like it doesn’t even hear me. At first I thought the mic was broke but it works fine for everything else (radio navi AC) except for the commands for the phone. I will hit the talk button and say something but nothing happens. Then like 15 seconds later you her voice say, “pardon.” No voice commands works for the phone. What could this be? I have tried turning the car off and on but it didn’t fix it.

Are you pushing the right Talk button to speak the phone commands? You are aware that there are two Talk buttons, right?

Yes I have had the car for 5 months now and have used HFL many of times so I know what I am doing. Did a little searching on here and found out that there is a HFL diagnostics test. I did the test and it said it was fine then all of a sudden it started working again, strange.
