Ok, so i bought a 2006 Tl a few tomany miles but mainly driven from Arizona to Los Angeles. Basically all freeway the cars super clean motor inside and out the trans was super strong was tell one day im going to get a friend from the sticks whatever everything's good i get out about 90miles away from home het off the exit park on the side of the off ramp call them let them know im im about there. Smoke a cig get back on my ways get off the off ramp get about 15 mins up the road catch up with someone doin like 25 in a 55 so pass them all good then start to make this bend bought half way throw the curve feel the trans slip. pull my foot off the gas. The reapply then get about a mile down the rd. No basically nothing. Pull off in some sketch ass turn out. Get out pop my hood look for anything out the normal. Aint see shit. Nothing leaking nothing disconnected. So i get back in norhin i reset my pcm with the gas pedal trick. K got some grab back... so i start to go bought 15 mph gone. So i do it again get to rhe top of this hill nothin . I figure try some other gears try slap stick ok driving k get the 2nd putting down rd if i try 3rd puff gone. Ok so moving on i get to town check o
everything i couldent before . Ok smells like my TC great. Whatever sat in this podunk town three days trying to determine if i pay half of a rebuilt trans to get it towed home or have a shop rheir do it. When im fully capable of rebuilding a honda trans. Do know why i didnt think three days either hey iv been staring at a uhaul this whole time so i rent a truck and trailer which my car almost didn't make it on to. Lol. But ok so get her home rebuild the trans with a.master over haul kit from transtec with a transtec superior shift kit and new TC. Mite i add before i rebuilt it. It was going in reverse and low and in slap 2nd. Ok so now i get every thing back together put it back in fill it up yes j filled rhe TC before install. So get her back on the ground. Start it and same bleeping thing dear Lord. Mite i slay thé. Someone shoot me plz iv tried everything. I just have no more money or id buy a damn scan tool that i can program this other.pcm i got to see if that fixes it.

ok so iv been messing with it. And i have like 4 sets of solenoids now btw. But i noticed something odd yesterday if i have the brake applied and i press the gas in all gears it grabs like i just have my foot on the gas. But the sec i take my foot off the gas poof flippin gone. Plz plz plz help me or shoot me....... THANK YOU.

Agreed; I started to read and them moved on to something more pleasurable, you know, like taking the trash out.

Obviously, he's not the only one developing a migraine reading it.
What does driving a ford have to do with reading your slaughtered post?
If you want to convey a message. It must be formatted correctly and lastly. Be proud of writing. Youre not 16yrs old.

1. How many miles on your car. 04-06TL were horrible with their transmissions which eventually required replacement or a rebuild.
2. Have you checked transmission fluid?
3. Ever changed the fluid?

It isn't just the lack of paragraphs that is the issue. It is written as more of an ongoing ramble like you were having a two-way conversation with someone. Well, we aren't there talking to you so half of the ramble makes no sense. All I got out of that was you bought a car with lots of highway miles, drove somewhere to pick up a friend and the transmission started slipping. Not sure what the next part was about three days and UHaul. Then you "fixed" it or "rebuilt" it or something, then having the same issues still?

Did you actually rebuild the transmission or just replace the sensors? Have you checked the fluid? (color, smell, level, etc)

It’s a joke post...

He had his foot on the brake the whole time, that’s why the vehicle won’t move.

Sounds like your trans was junk, so you tried to rebuild it but it is still broken? I'd have a professional shop rebuild it or get a rebuilt one ready to go. And by the way none of my Fords have transmission issues
