Fuse Box Help

I have a 2005 Acura TL MT Non-Navi. The accessory outlet inside my armrest stopped working. Can anyone tell me which fuse to check?

Also, in reference to the drivers side fuse box, which component should have a 7.5 amp fuse: IG HAC or ACC? I pulled out the 7.5AMP fuse to test continuity but forgot which component I pulled it from (I know, my bad)

Thanks.
