As long as the switch is in the ON position, yes.
Use the Add-A-Fuse and throw in a low amp fuse...5-7.5A should do.
Also, you may want to use disconnects on the strips for easy removal...especially on the driver's footwell, since you have to mount it on the removable panel, which I find has to come off for just about anything you do electrical. Makes it easier to deal with in the future.
Good luck---post pics!

I may look into the rear dome thing. I'm not going to do something fancy like colored LEDs or anything. I'd just like to have courtesy lights in my foot wells. Seems like this is the only car I've had that didn't come with light there for some reason, I just miss it.

Guys, here's mine-I had the underdash LED's installed by a local auto custom stereo place.

I'm not sure how they wired this in, but mine underdash LED's come on when I turn on the headlights-just like the original underdash bulbs do in the front.

Buy some 18 Gauge wire. Thats the largest that will fit into a fuse it will also make the LED'S much brighter. Then you find a bolt or peice of chasis to ground them too. I used a screw in the fuse box area on my 02 you put the wire around it and tighten the screw. Now you find a fuse that almost always gets power I chose the instrument lights fuse you could use the security or theft deterent fuse if you want too that way you dont have to have the car either on or in battery for them to work. I bought 3 inch led strips straight from the streetglow website glad i did they look great. I have some mounted in the rear window too. when you put it in the fuse box btw use pilars to get the fuse out but be very care ful you dont want to crus the fuse but it will take some force to get it out then shove the wire in the middle between the two prong and force the fuse back in. BTW if you do it just like i told you you shouldn't electrocute yourself you thinking of adding a switch cuz i can help with that too so they arent always on

There used to be a guy on here, "supercomputer" that made all the sills. He did red and blue, no green that I know of. Although I don't think he makes those anymore.

PZ is correct-these door sills are not made anymore. I bought mine off the Black Market section of Acurazine. People sell them there from time to time. I posted a "Wanting To Buy" thread on the Black Market and someone responded to me! But you'll never find them in Green.

Not really. Those sills are scarce as hell. They use a different type of lighting than LEDs.

Good luck with that guy. I tried emailing him on several occasions with no response. He may have created a few sills (one of which is in white and looks sharp), but I don't think he is doing them anymore.

Not really. Resist the temptation to scrape anything away (fingernail, whatever). If anything gets stubborn, just let the Goo-Gone soak in a bit more and go at it again.
Make sure you apply a coat of wax when you finish, as the G-G will strip the old coat.
It is a possibility that you may see an outline. You can try a light polishing/cleaning agent to try to get rid of it. I'm no expert on it, so you should do some research in the Wash & Wax section if you're concerned.

Iv been reading alot of mixed results but it seems like the negitive ones are people and scrapped at the glue to get it off. I planed on just takin my time and letting the goo gone do the work. How well does that stuff work?

I couldn't let Steven Bell hog up the thread with his red TL-S goodness , so I thought I'd throw a few more blue shots for the base TL crowd (Forgive the dirty floor--didn't have a chance to vacuum this weekend):

All lit up!

I could only score a set of the red doorsills (I would have preferred the blue) but they don't look too bad.

Footwell strips only:

You can see my switch in the lower right of the dash---I still have to mount it!

Strips themselves:

With those shots, you can see why I said you need to get nice pedals if you do these lights. One mod leads to another, and another, and another.......

Finally, a shot of my de-badged rear for Crestwood.

I just bought a controller from vleds that was listed with the led strips I bought. It allows me to dim them and change the color or pattern if I want to. It's actually a lot bigger than I thought it would be, but I'll just put it someplace incognito lol.

DWB, thanks for the pic of the rear lol im sitting in microsoft word class right now haha senior year man. I cant wait to get home and work on debadging, its a nice sunny day for it! Im wondering, how did u wire the rear seat lights, did u just hide the wires or did u take ur interior apart? Second did u connect all 4 to one switch? Can I just get alot of wire and extend the wiring with a cripmer on each connection of each light?

No, Mechanicsburg is about 30 mins N of me on I83. I am right on the MD-PA line on I83---more of a suburb of Baltimore than anything Pennsylvania. I work in Baltimore and was raised there.

I used only one LED strip per location. The picture you ask about is a shot looking toward the face of the rear seat behind the driver. It shows where I mounted the strip on the front edge of the seat itself.

I used speaker wire for my connections and I was able to tuck the wires under the rear seat nicely---no need to remove anything. I ran them under the door sills to the front to make my final connections. All strips use disconnects to make replacement easier.

All 4 + leads go to the ACC point on the switch, all 4 - leads PLUS the - from the switch go to ground and my fusetap goes to the POWER point on the switch. Here is a diagram: http://www.oznium.com/rocker-switch/tech. Pretty simple stuff.

That's where my rear seat LED's are mounted too. The LED bar sits under the rear seat-against the kick plate (the mount/platform that the rear bench sits on). That way, the LED's don't get kick underneath the front seats.

Crestwood: The KP module is an easy install.
Steven: That's exactly why I did not use underneath the front seats. My kids would tear that apart in 20 seconds flat.
Saint: I dunno if I could take a couple of green LEDs shining down in my rear window/mirror. I have a helluva time with my CHMSL leaking red light down the inside of my tinted windows!

Paint those rims yourself and save the $$$.
LEDS...ok
Tinted windows...got mine done for $175
Acura dome decal...$28 from here: http://www.automotiveconcepts.net/st...&type3_select=
That may leave you enough for a 3X3 tranny fluid, oil and brake fluid change. May want to look into purchasing the 3rd & 4th gear sensors, too. (abt $70)
