I used to eat at McDonald's between oil replacements, now that I'm older I prefer Panera.

I oil change cycle changes depending on driving habit and the type of oil you use in the car. If you drive aggressively, I would change the oil every 5K miles.

I just ordered a pack of Redline 5w-20. The viscosity varies depending on how cold it gets where you live....

Whatever brand is on sale at Walmart. 5w-20 full synthetic. I usually prefer Pennzoil.

Amazon has their own oil now
Amazon Amazon

Scotty Kilmer did a video on it on youtube and said it gets the job done

Use any oil with the API certification on it. I recommend synthetic. Use the viscosity indicated on the oil cap. Change it at the mileage stated in the owners manual.
