I feel they are if you make sure the turn signal bulb is amber which you will have to change and the brake lights are red which the LED board is already so no replacing there. Think about the infinity trucks that have the all white tails or the mercury mountaineer as well.

^^I believe the law requires a red reflector somewhere on the rear of the car. There is no requirement for it to be in the tail lights, although that is where they are on the TL. The TSX has reflector strips on the bumper below the lights.
In looking at Ack's gallery, the ones that are all white may have some legal issues, in that respect. The ones where he blacked out the reflectors should be okay, as they still reflect red light through the tint. As always, check your local laws when planning the design of your tails.
You could also go with red LEDs in the turn signals and remain legal. Don't forget resistors.

Just received my tails today and all I have to say is WOWWWWWW!!!! I was truly in awe. My tails came out absolutely amazing, not one single flaw whatsoever. I had the type-s tail lights color matched to AM and the reflectors tinted to the same color. These came out a MILLION times better than I ever thought they would. This guy is for real! Thanks again AckTL05!!!! I'll be posting pics on my car soon

yo those tail light and sick man...i have the 08 type-s but the tail light allready spary blackout....but i would love to remove the redness from the tail light...

I should have put something over the plate or removed it for the 5 minutes, but I was not thinking. Glad you liked them, me and my friend saw you pull away and talked to each other about how much it changed the rear of your car. They look even better than I thought on NBP too, my favorite style for NBP yet.

im trying to do a black and blue theam on my NBP , im getting my aspec painted black with a KBP lip and i was wondering how do u think the tails would look in that combo

acktl do you do any work on the headlights? I really want to get my lights cleared out and have LED's put in also. I want the front of my car to look like this basically:
If you do any of this sort of work and have experience PLEASE let me know. I'd be very interested to get something done. I've been looking to have this done for a yr now but the only guy I know who does it on this site lives somewhere up in Boston and I don't know how to uninstall or install the lights. You live right in Jersey so thats really convenient.

I think AckTL05 works solely on tail lights.
My quick review, with pics to come later on:
I had my tails installed, and they look phenomenal! I'm working with him on a small issue with one of the lens which may have come loose during shipping and handling by Oops (UPS), but otherwise the craftmanship looks top notch. Installation was relatively simple, if not a bit time-consuming, since I did everything with the bumper and rear tires on the car. It's amazing on how a modified tail light will dramatically change the look of the car. This is one mod that I highly recommend, and AckTL05 is the guy to do it!
