so in the past few days..i noticed this LOUD screech/squeek from my right front wheel
it just keeps on screeching as if two plates are rubbing at each other
it screeches when the car is in motion, not just when i apply the brake
and when going down a hill about 80 km/hr, the whole car shakes and seems like gears are banging together
so i went to the dealer today...
and they said that this is not apart of the warranty!!!is this true or not?
they said it happens because of the driver's driving condition, so they do not cover the warranty...they said that it is the same with ANY other car companies that the warranty does not cover the braking system
they also added that it's because of the hills and downhills due to the city i live in ( Vancouver,Canada)
am i getting ripped off or is this true?

DAM! Looks like they diagnosed your car with having warped rotors. I would've went to another dealer to see if it could be warratied because its not uncommon that one dealer denies warranty and another approves it, happened to me on several occasions. If that wasn't an option after attempting I would've asked them what the problem was and fixed it somewhere else for cheaper.

They basically just replaced your Rotors and Pads up front. This is in Canadian Dollars right? Next time defenitely dont let the dealer do a simple brake job, just take it to a trusted mechanic or better yet if weather conditions permitting I say DIY!!

You didnt get ripped off, you just paid the dealer rate for a brake job.
