To change or not to change
last time I change my oil was Feb 2016 and I had 93,051 miles, and right now I am now sitting at roughly 95,500 miles. I use Mobil 1 full synthetic and only use Honda oil filters, should I change my oil since its been a year and 4 months or should I just wait till I'm around the 5k mile range which could be another couple years?

Some companies who specify synthetic oil for their cars are now allowing a 2-Year window for an oil change. Were I in your shoes, if the car saw lots of short trips I'd change the oil, however, if the car is used exclusively for road trips, it's probably good to go for at least it's second year with that oil.

Yeah, you should be good to go until about the two year mark.

SM and OM say to change it at the MID interval or 1-year, whichever is shortest.
For $50/year (at an absolute maximum) for a semi-syn oil change, I'd do it.
