Center console trim /Repair

Center console trim is all messed up. what is the best way to fix.

I have seen these kits on Ebay to go over existing trim. but its really only my center console long pieces that are in need of help.

Thanks !

Thanks for the link. Some interesting mods.

If I decide to go the roll material do I have to sand off what is there or can I go right over it .
Does anyone in south eastern MA do the dipping process? ( not sure what the proper name is)

There are other threads on AZ, just include acurazine when you google, also check out Youtube, I think there are some DIY videos on there too.

Guys will also just sand down the trim peices and end with super fine grit sand paper and then clearcoat them.
