Can anyone identify this plug?

Located on the pass side below the ABS unit. It's just hanging there.

Picture is hard to see but is it the power steering pressure switch on the power steering hose

I'll try to take a better picture. It's just hanging there. I don't have any cell's either.

It goes to the flux capacitor. It's unplugged at the factory because corporate said users weren't ready.
