Ok, so I was doing a little maintenance on my car and replaced the battery and air filter. When I had the filter out I looked at the casing, and it looked like the inlet went down pretty far, and it's pretty close to the front drivers side of the car (2000TL). From the pictures I saw, short rams would end up just where the filter casing is..it seems like that would be hotter than stock?! from what I've read. And it seems like the icebox would essentially be doing the same thing the OEM is.. Someone please enlighten me
