What about the known (and admitted) noise issue with the RB rotors and pads? Still there with these new rotors or did RB do something to alleviate the issue?

I know not of what you are speaking. What noise issue?
Maybe you want to reread that "admission" you might be referring to:

I have had ET500s on my TSX for more than a year have have hear them squeak maybe 10 times in that period. People with noises have dirty brakes or need to do better bedding.

I'm referring to your blog on your website regarding noise experienced with RB 2-piece rotors and RB ET500 pads:
"...Subject: Racingbrakes noise:
i bought your racing brakes for my 06 acura tl auto. 2 piece front with et 500 pads, along with the rear new rotors and pads. I have about 5-8k miles on it now, upon slight braking mostly when warm, sometimes cold it makes the noise.
My total reply to these two customers as well as to anyone else using any other brake parts experiencing the same noise (loud, high pitched squeaking under light brake pressure at moderate and low speeds, no shaking or loss in performance) is as follows:
The noise is completely normal for any good braking system...."
"...In short the noise outlined here should be considered to be completely normal. If there is a trade off for the superb performance and life these parts have it is going to be this bit of noise..."
http://www.heeltoeauto.com/pitboard/?p=52
I currently have the ET300 pads with OEM rotors and am very happy with them. They have given me zero noise for over 40K miles. I'll need new rotors soon and was considering the RB rotors, but am concerned about this noise issue. I don't want to have to deal with noise. Period.

I have RB 2 piece and ET500's. There is no noise issue.
I did have an intermittent squeal at very low speeds, but was completely eliminated when I re-lubed the pad fasteners/clips with a synth lube. It did require a liberal and thorough lubing, but some brake systems are truly like that. I've put about 25K miles since then, and is still fine.
