Blinker works but not running light

Running light on passenger side doesn’t work but the blinker does. Is it a two way bulb?

You need Blinker Fluid......

Then you need to replace it with bulb #7443 I believe is the type number. I bought a double pack for $4 at WalMart
The blinker function will work but it will not burn constant

blinker fluid not necessary because blinker works. If blinker didn't work, then fluid would be the proper fix.

Single filament, but to activate the flasher there is an extra gigawatt applied to it. Since your running light doesn't work, change out the flux capacitor. Report back if this solves your problem so others can follow your steps!
