Can't post in the Black Market

Before you tell me about the minimum requirements I checked and I should be good there. I have been a member since 3/ and have posts. Is there another hoop I need to go through? Also I was able to add my car to "my garage" but now when I try and edit it or post I get this message:

you can't post a FS or WTT thread until you have been a member for at least 60 days and have 30 acceptable posts.
