Alternative to Seafoam?

Anybody know anything about Berryman's B-12? A guy on the CR-V forums recommends it over Seafoam.

different type of products- berrymans harsh cleaner - seafoam hi detergent oils useable anywhere
alternatives- bg44, wynns, honda, gm
