Hello! Everyone I'm new here and this is my first thread so I'm just gonna get right on this, I have a 2004 acura tl and I really like the type s lip but I searched a lot and I couldn't find if anyone ever put that lip on a 2004 bumper without any modification, so I decided to do that, and here it is unfortunately I can't post any pics coz of my account restriction so as soon as it fully activated il post some pics,
Well so what I did was just cut around the the lower grill in curve shape each sides and then just pritty much work with it by adjusting the size to make it fit no other modification needed, it seems really hard but it's not, it took 45 mins max to do everything, and as I said il post some pics as soon as I have my account fully activated.

The Acura TL Type S doesnt have a front lip, unless your talking about the aspec kit. If thats the case then I can only imagine that it would NOT be a direct bolt on as the bumpers are different. How it would look is all personal preference, but IMO I cant imagine that looking good on a base model as it would be a pretty aggressive front bumper kit with nothing else to go with it where as the Type S can atleast pull it off because of all the other parts it has. Unless you have other mods done to support that look on the front, I would maybe hold off until you do.

Sorry for a late respond so I went on photo bucket and made an account so I'm gonna paste the URL, and it's the Aspec kit for the 07-08 but I put it on the 04 bumper coz I couldn't afford to buy a new bumper! And I also have accord fog and type a headlight with the stick 04 ballast and all togather it looks nice.

Not the cleanest cut around the fogs but it got covered up anyway---looks really good! surprise the accord fogs seem to fit the tl-s fog-area fine
