Continuous squeal while the pedal is depressed, or squeak while the pedal is moving?
Continuous squeal could be throwout bearing - shop, could use an independent; note that installing the clutch and pressure plate requires a special, specifc tool.
For the squeak, you could lube the linkage yourself.

I actually have my '04 in the dealer today to look at this problem once again. I took it in about 2 months ago and based on my research here at Acurazine told them I think the Master Cylinder needs to be replaced. Unfortunately they don't give much credit to our owner's group here and only did a lube job on the part. One week later the clicking sound was back. Hopefully they will replace a part today and get it fixed. I'll let you know.

This is a common problem with the TSX.

I had to have the master clutch cylinder replaced twice in less than 24K miles on my 2004 TSX for the same issue. The Accord/TSX/TL uses the same part.

Last time I took my TSX in, I was told that Acura was aware of the issue, and was redesigning the part.
The part alone is $125 and it looks like is should take no more than a hour of labor to swap it out.
Good luck

I was actually referring to the clicking... not sure about the squeal. Regardless, it is annoying enough that it was a factor I considered when getting an auto rather than a manual in my TL.

uh yea please dont use WD40 its a degreaser......... use a silcone grease spray..... take off the cover thats blocking the linkage from being seen and spray it up... make sure u cover the wiring when u do that so nothing shorts if that doesnt work im sure some how acura or whoever u bought it from would honor some kind of warranty unless it was a private sale. and the clicking would go away too
