Continuous squeal while the pedal is depressed, or squeak while the pedal is moving?
Continuous squeal could be throwout bearing - shop, could use an independent; note that installing the clutch and pressure plate requires a special, specifc tool.
For the squeak, you could lube the linkage yourself.

I have exactly the same clutch pedal or should I say mechanism squeel on my 05 6mt.I have looked at the posts of the diagram for the clutch adjustement and it looks like one of those springs attached to the clutch pedal is the culprit.Lubrication of the point at where it is hinged might solve it.I am going to get under there this weekend and work on it.

I actually have my '04 in the dealer today to look at this problem once again. I took it in about 2 months ago and based on my research here at Acurazine told them I think the Master Cylinder needs to be replaced. Unfortunately they don't give much credit to our owner's group here and only did a lube job on the part. One week later the clicking sound was back. Hopefully they will replace a part today and get it fixed. I'll let you know.

This is a common problem with the TSX.

https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21284

https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33489

http://www.driveaccord.net/forums/at...tachmentid=488

I had to have the master clutch cylinder replaced twice in less than 24K miles on my 2004 TSX for the same issue. The Accord/TSX/TL uses the same part.

http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...1=&inputstate=

Last time I took my TSX in, I was told that Acura was aware of the issue, and was redesigning the part.

The part alone is $125 and it looks like is should take no more than a hour of labor to swap it out.

Good luck

I was actually referring to the clicking... not sure about the squeal. Regardless, it is annoying enough that it was a factor I considered when getting an auto rather than a manual in my TL.

uh yea please dont use WD40 its a degreaser......... use a silcone grease spray..... take off the cover thats blocking the linkage from being seen and spray it up... make sure u cover the wiring when u do that so nothing shorts if that doesnt work im sure some how acura or whoever u bought it from would honor some kind of warranty unless it was a private sale. and the clicking would go away too

I received my car back from the dealer today. They changed out the clutch master cylinder and bushing. The clutch feels really smooth and no more clicks so hopefully this will do the trick long term. They did it all under warranty.
