3M Di-noc carbon fiber vs. 3M 1080 carbon fiber

Hi which one would you recommend to wrap a spec lip and mirrors? 3m di-noc or 3m 1080. i see that most people in here use the di-noc but 3m recommends the 1080. they said the di-noc is for interior design and the 1080 is meant for vehicle wrapping.

From what I've read the 1080 looks most like the real thing but you can tell its not because there aren't any flaws in it.

The glossy DI-NOC isn't recommended for outdoor exposure and the regular DI-NOC is more of a grayish color.

I did my interior in the glossy DI-NOC, probably should've used the 1080 but it still looks good. The 1080 is thinner as well, DI-NOC is a bit thicker.

I haven't seen the 1080 in person though, but read up on it some and looked at some photos online of it.

Did you read my post in the other thread by any chance?

I think you can answer your own question.
