Me too. At 50 cents a piece, I'd have bought the remainder of the store out. My inner alcoholic would demand it.

I usually don't drink shit below 8% unless it's super funky.
I drink real beer, not trying to survive water intoxication

Fuck that, I'll drink anything 5% and higher. Granted those are never as delicious as something stronger, but shiiiiet, I love beer. All kinds of beer.

Bruery makes some serious shit..
The 14% is called White Chocolate (yesss I bought it bc cock reference)
The stronger one is Chocolate Rain (okay, that one was more obviously purchased because BBC)
Also.. BBC is a term for Bourbon Barrel Cock.. another favorite beer of mine.

Anyways.. White Chocolate was fucking boozier than the ABV would seem.
It's a bourbon barrel ale.. fucking color like an amber but punch like single barrel jack..
it was rough drinking, definitely a pairing beer... but fuck it..

Austin being a hub for craft brew.. couldn't find it anymore in SD
First stop we hit up.. 10 bottles..
Shit was good mang. I'm going to get more..

Yeah that's all solid buys at 50˘ apiece. That's cheaper than bottled water. And I actually have that Pumpkin Down in the fridge right now. I see some others that I have stored away too.

You got a good haul. Who would possibly disagree with that?

I've kind of come to the same conclusion on Ballast Point. I didn't realize until recently, that they sold out. But thinking back, it was right about the time that I started to think that there were a bunch of random Skittles beers coming out from them...

I still enjoy the grapefruit and habanero sculpin and I have a bottle of the Peppermint Victory (but had it on tap and wasn't terribly impressed, mint beer may be where I draw the line).

Also have a bottle of that Tart of Darkness in the pantry.

We're all like beer-bros today! Who could shit on that?

That and Ballast Point got me recently; they put out a "Limited edition, unfiltered Sculipin" and I thought "eh, why not".

It's basically the same as the regular stuff.

Which is $15 a six.

And I read an article about that... And it's $15 a six basically because they can, and fuck you pay me.

So I'm thinking I'll let them bask in their corporate dollars for a little bit and keep looking for the little guy (my pecker).

I wish I still drank beer. My best friend's dad opened a Brewpub in the Chicago burbs. I have had beer there once, but I don't make a habit of it.

I don't like grapefruit sculpin at all. I really like reggo sculpin.
I've been meaning to pick up habanero variety.

I'll rape the fucking shit out of your asshole.
Out of all the fine breweries in SD, you want us to support that mega-conglomerate shitburger.
I'm rage fucking you right now in my mind and drinking a super sour beer, pineapple barrel edition

Not gonna lie, she's a looker.

And she's only 4 or 5 years older than Wifey

Sounds messed up, but, Wifey's dad is only 50... looks, acts, lives like he's 40, though. I aspire to be like him when I get up there in age. She's 36, I believe. Big ol' bitties and round rump roast. Matt, you'd be in heaven.

They got married but eventually divorced. Young, dumb love. She got her citizenship there, is fluent AF in german these days and yeah, met Wifey's dad about 2 years ago. Now they're getting hitched in the fall.

She's super cool and the two of them seem like the perfect match. Wifey's parents had a sloppy divorce and her dad was heart broken for a few years until he met Cubana. Both seem super happy now.
