I can't say how much I missed that third pedal. Went from AT suzuki, to MT MS3, to suzuki, to MS3, to suzuki within a few hours, I had involuntary left leg spasms and retarded right hand placement while driving the suzuki.
It's like you forget where to put your hand if you're not shifting/holding on to the steering wheel because zoom zoom, it just sits in your lap and caresses your thigh or something. At least the AT TL has a nice shift gate so I used to rest my hand on it, which luckily I didn't seem to have picked up the bad habit of resting my hand there in a manual car.
