Damn, just got a quote from an Arborist to properly trim our Oak tree out from...I don't think it's ever been done and it's the center piece of our front curb appeal!

W00t...10 days later, house has a tentative sale. Waiting for buyer to obtain their bank loan (although, the realtor has said they were cleared for financing). $10K deposit should be paid to the real estate broker in the next few day.

Did you think I was kidding when I said I'm neurotic? Well, honestly, maybe a bit tidier than usual since we had to keep it tidy once it went to market...but, Miz has met me and I think he probably isn't surprised how I keep the place.
So, I dust every 2-3 days versus 7-10 days.

Debating if I should even bother troubleshooting it or just send it out to pasture. Service manual says it might just be a few solenoids that are failing and I actually tested a few and one was out of spec. I'm thinking I might be in 200-500$ to fix it or say fuck it and junk it. The cat was stolen a few months ago so it's straight piped. The sister overheated it so I'm not sure if there's a leaking HG. Coolant levels are okay so prob not. Buy the s2k and consider it a legitimate investment. Especially if you don't drive it much. Them values will continue to creep up. Sell it at any point and at the very worst, you'll walk away with a few hundred bucks extra in your pocket.
