Ended up leaving for 45 minutes with the gf, to go pick something up of hers from a friend’s place, close by. Come back, pick up phone- screen is black.
Dafuq... push buttons... nothing happens. Pretty sure it had plenty of charge left. Plug it in. Nothing happens.
End up doing a forced restart. Phone starts up again. Seems to work ok now.

I have a shitty little two piece case for the phone. Just side and back protection. Not sealed at all. When I popped the case off, there was water behind it. No idea how. Phone hasn't been anywhere near water at all.

I am getting a new phone. I had 14 days to exchange it. Yesterday was exactly day 14... and I showed up 45 minutes before closing.
problem was, they didn’t have any more in stock at that store. They were expecting more today. They extended my return time another five days, so I’ll exchange it by end of tomorrow.

Again, I think the Pixel is great, Taco. I've had it for awhile and it's reliable. Same goes for the wife's Pixel 2.
yes, except you can’t shrink photos with the Pixel 2 prior to emailing. Instantly goes out the window for me. I need it for work and they limit the size of emails we can send.
