Yea. Went with the pops. Maj is right, so many people out there prepare in advance. You have people coming from all over Arizona, saw some Texas plates out there too. Some of these cars only come out for the week. Park your car, come back around 6:30 to hit the cruise, have your shit over heat, (not always the case) let it cool down jump back into the cruise. Go home and start preparing for the next year.

Couple years ago we would go down with a 72 Camaro, 67 swb, cobra and a mini hit the cruise in sparks do 2-3 pass throughs and then drive into Reno for the cruise. Fun times if you’re into classic cars.

Nah breh, even if you have a classic body
It can't be a piece of shit or basic

If Flip bought a C10, him and pops would get it proper before showing up
Many of the oldheads there are the OG gearheads
Think Jay Leno type

There's also the lowrider type
They take pride in their rides too, even if they're chromie specials

Going to take a look at it after work. May upgrade some of the components on it. Jaw-knee where do you buy your components? road bike I used to do some 10%er shit and just go to the local bike store, not anymore.
Tons of online retailers like Chain Reaction Cycles, Jenson USA, even Nashbar and Performance Bike can have some good deals on components.

Yup, the classics out there are never parked outside. Shit even at the events these dudes cover them at night.

One dude had a 65 Impala, trailer queen, shit was in top notch ass condition. Not a swirl, or a dent not even lint on the seat. We started talking to him and he told us he was from Sac, his buddy hit him up Saturday morning who was already at the show and told him to come down. Pulled the Impala from the garage into the enclosed trailer and took the 2 hour ish trip.

Rat rod galore this year too.

It's a huge event, you have those guys from Gas Monkey and all that out there too checking it out.

In my opinion putting money into a classic car > modding a "newer" car.

All that Cambergang bang stuff is lame!

Trooths. I can't do a single even if I'm in good shape. I probably would lose a fight against a trained person but I know my MO would be to fight dirty...go for the eyes, nipples, and of course, the gonads. Proud to say it. So, hopefully my opponent has no training.

I can dance meh...using the Hitch formula of keeping my arms to my sides. That's it. No moves. I don't care for hip-hop unless old-skoo rap counts...so, if we are in a club now listening to new tunes, I would be completely unknown. So, Drake? Don't know a single of his songs. Same goes for Kanye North. Or whoever is cool these days. But, if there was a contest to play on the keyboard, I probably could kick most everyone's keister on this side of the planet unless they are actually a record-label-type artist or professional concert pianist. But, no one challenges each other to piano-offs to resolve conflicts.

So, in short, if the world were to end, I'd be first to die.

Something like he ate Panda Express and employees 200 PRCs
He's essentially half Chinese

My friend just started at this Muay Thai place... Our mutual friend, the guy I posted about in the fighting thread- he still trains and teaches out of there.

My friend goes six days a week- 2 times a week it's actual classes, while the rest are just sparring and what not. He's been hit real good a number of times... Says he always leaves his ribs exposed and gets regularly winded

Speaking of the dude who trains/teaches there... He's the number one reason I don't get into shit with strangers. You never know who you're dealing with. He doesn't look anything crazy when he's in a t-shirt and shorts... But that guy could pretzel me and knock me out cold in 5 seconds flat.
