500k-700k in N. Cali Sac area gets me a 6 bedroom house maybe an acre

500-700k in N Cali SF area gets me a 2 bedroom

500-700k in TexASS gets me like a 9 bedroom, 15 acres and a skripper pole when you walk in with and my own personal thot.

Are prop taxes that bad in Texas?

Mine are 5k a year.

I wouldn't mind moving to Arizona, but I'm not trying to be black as asphalt. Ninja would get Akon dark moving out there.

I had a free coffee from the Grand opening of Wawa down here ...
it was decent. I'm not very discerning...I can only tell how good a coffee is by how little sugar and creamer I have to add.

I didn't build mine. I'm too poor to afford brand brand new. I have no idea what my house was when built. The last house I know was 429k in 04. Sold in 09 for 400k sold in 12 for 200k (that's when I bought it. )

Man, I was checking the listings earlier this week to see what my hood was looking like. There's a guy a couple streets over that I've known about; got popped for soliciting a 14 year old over the internet (side note, I wonder if Chris Hansen was there? ) and he's still the only blip, and it's pretty benign.

But there is a section of 'burbs down south that is like a registered offender Haven or something. Coincidentally, or not, it's also the part of town that has higher than average incidents of meth house explosions. And also, black people don't go there after dark.
