Excellent. 
Took me the longest time to appreciate it and it was not until I was in my 20s that I actually started to enjoy it...but, prior to that, I guess through the tiger-parenting method and etc., I would be "forced" to eat an uni nigiri everytime we ate out at our favorite Japanese restaurant...I guess it took me until my adult years to like it.
