Gonna try 2 minutes per side at 600F. Or should I sear the fish at a higher temp? I can get my grill to 700F before the needle buries out.

lookong to buy a bike just to commute around and get some excercise on. Toy around when the kids are riding near the lake. Found a nice specialized bike came with a kryptonite lock too. Dude goes to UC Davis so I already knew his ass was Asian. Agreed on the price and I said ok what day are you free this week for me to come and get it. He responds like 30 minutes later. Someone offered more, So I was like uhh, ok bitch ass ninja. Not even 5 minutes later another bike 5 mins from my house pops up closer to me and helluva lot cheaper so I jumped on it. Going to take a look at it after work. May upgrade some of the components on it. Jaw-knee where do you buy your components? road bike I used to do some 10%er shit and just go to the local bike store, not anymore.

I'm torn between keeping my word when I sell something, and fuck it first one with cash gets it. If I make a deal though, it's done...I won't sell it to someone else for more but I have a feeling that has more to do with character than not being a millennial.
