You're being totally irrational right now
If you'd get past your emotional feelings about Trump
You'd realize he's renegotiating the deal
Not only that, this news is going to tank the auto market
Particularly import auto companies
So worst case they assemble them here
Best case, 25% drop in stock value, buy
Trump reconsiders, easy gains
He rich fool, get rich too

91F here in the swamp.
picked up a new-to-us bike for Jr on Thursday so we went out and got it all cleaned up and adjusted to fit him this morning. Then put in some work trying to cobble together a roof rack and bike mount for the wagon. Good ol' 4th shift China specials!
Downside is my nuts are stuck to my left knee. Because I let them hang, and I'm old, so that's where they sit.
Mid-day thirst break. Jester King Funk Metal.

shit...almost a year for me since I've had alcohol.
How do you like that roof rack? The only ones that felt solid to me were those older ones I had on the blue TL on the Thule...I bought some nice one for the cadillac and it felt like it moved around too much.
I prefer to get hitches and then use my old yakima rack on the back.

Also got some sort of knockoff frame mount bike rack, but it's made to mount to small square tube crossbars and I need to ghetto rig a way to add the rack to the crossbars. I need to go track down some T-channel screws and then make a couple brackets and it'll be done.
In the end, it'll probably work okay but not great and then I'll eventually just drop $1500 on a real setup or something.
Fuck.
I should stick to drinking.

Yeah, a little different for the kids. The roads are shit here and the sidewalks are not continuous so it's pretty terrible to ride anywhere. We typically hit up a big park down the road so he can ride and I'll chase on my longboard.
If these worthless cockmongers that are on the city board would get their shit together and finish some multi-use trails and, gawd forbid, connect all the fuckin' sidewalks in town, it'd be a moot point. But as it is, I need to be that assclown that packs up the shit to go do activities.

Yeah man...once you have the mobility for your bike, it's hard to go back.
There are a few cool bike trails that are 40 miles away so it's nice to be able to mount up (regulators) without damaging the car.
The truck was working today. I don't tinker on cars when we can spend time together and/or with the kids.
