I need a spoon-feed reminder: what is the right brand if I want to start collecting interchangeable Li-ion battery power tools?

DeWalt for reggo tools
Ryobi for yard tools

The category is really blowing up
I tried to strictly stay DeWalt but their yard tools are hit and miss
What I love about DeWalt is the versatility of their product line, performance, reliability, durability, and most important, 3rd party battery sellers who cost a fraction of OE batteries.
What I like about Ryobi, value.
I previously had their first gen 18V li ion trimmer about 8 years ago and it was junk. The battery died after 4 uses, got NiCad replacements because it was too expensive at the time (still is, battery more than the tool). With their new brushless 40V line, tried again. Got a mower, trimmer, and blower (ladiboi).
So far, they've been flawless. I know the weak part will be the batteries, but I can get a new attachment and battery for less than the battery. Not bad lol. There are some 3rd party battery makers, but not sure it's 100% compatible. So far I have 2x 3Ah and 1x 5Ah batteries for the Ryobi and have been powerhorses.

I have Black & Decker.
Works just fine...mind you, I'm no tools expert.

Although, I'm tempted to spring for a Gardena lithium grass shears.

FWIW, up here in Taco's country, no Ryobi options really for what I'm after...hence Gardena.

Yep, shit's money. I rebuilt my carb for the 4th time. Old gas ate up the seals (prob ethanol). Thought everything was money and it kept dying. Needs a new float (won't stay up, Taco). Got fed up and spent 300 instead of 20. Decided to use my 6.5hp b&s later for a mini sled / bike.

Or if the batteries are super shit. Old V battery plus them variable brushless motors on the kids old 12V jeep. Nice little conversion should be fun.

Holy fuccballs are built-in appliances expensive.
My microwave has been lighting up (North Korea TX test facility).
I thought, fuck it. Good excuse to check out new units.
If I want to replace microwave and oven as a pair, it's $3k
Fuck that.. new waveguide on order.
Shiett...
Tax-free appliances on Memorial Day though.
Probably buy some shit.

Hmm. I didn't realize the battery tech had evolved so far that running a mower on a DC pack was feasible...
But, I guess that is basically what Elon is selling, so I guess it makes sense.

Saint Arnold's just put out a semi-hazy ipa collaboration with someone. It was canned and in stores the next day. I found a few the following day. And it was....... Pretty okay. Not sure about all the hype of having one immejiately after packaging. But I guess, been there done that, now.

Yeah they've started canning a bunch of stuff. I think a lot of places will be going that direction. Preserves better and is cheaper for inventory and shipping.

Just read about those two poor fuckers that were attacked by a cougar in WA state.
Not the horny middle aged kind. Feel bad for the big cat.
Apparently they tried to scare it off, it circled around and attacked them.
That's why I don't be on a bike on some nature trail and shit.
It's also why I pack heat mang. Shiet.
All I can think is that cat was hungry, and then got pissed off.
Probably just looking for scraps. Then they became scraps when they pissed it off.

Dollars per pound, ladiboi is cheaper than three week old pork chops on sale in the butchers case.

You can take a good look at a butcher's ass by sticking your head up there, but wouldn't you take ladiboi's word for it?
