I think LEDs for drls would be best, but you most probably will get an error message in the dash. If you go to VLEDS.com they just made a harness for our TL's so we can install any LEDs with no error message. I would suggest probably 5K for the brightest white color. Anyone know what kind of bulb and size goes behind the seat heater switch on an 07-S? I've searched and cant find anything...Thanks

So just so I am clear:

Fogs take 9006/HB4s. Does this include the Accord fogs?
I have a 2006, so do the DRLs also take the HB3/9005s, or is that just for the 07-08 & Type S? Or is it also the same as the fogs - 9006/HB4s?

can we use the 1157 for Base model instead of 7443? I ask because there is a really nice 92 VLED that i would like to use but it only comes as 1157

I have an 04 but three tail light bulbs are out.. It says all led lights fit but I don't understand I've seen so many diff. Ones.

I just replaced one of the seat heater switch bulbs in my 08...got the bulb from the Honda dealer,,,have to remove the rear console but you don' have to remove the switch, just peel back the silver tape on the switch to expose the bulbs.

Foglight Bulbs replace with LED?

Does anyone know if these would work for foglight bulbs replacement for 06 TL?

its 9006/HB4 with 18 SMD LED foglight bulbs

I have a base 07 TL and my owners manual also said my fog lights are H8 but when I changed them they turned out to be H11 plug. Not sure why it is like that.

dont forget that the 04-06 canadian TL's have DRL's that use 9005 bulb(same as 07-08), with the foglight deleted

Naming question

All of my lights work ( 04 TL base ).....except the passenger side orange light that is next to the headlight. I was looking into replacing all of the bulbs at the same time.

These are the parts in my cart from Rock Auto : Headlight 9005 , Daytime Running Light 9005. I am assuming the light bulb behind the orange lens cover is the 9005? I just want to confirm the correct part numbers and make sure that the one that is out is actually the Daytime Running Light.

That's turn signal bulb, 7443.
If you look at the picture it has two filaments inside, one for low light, other for high when turn signal in on.

So it turns out the bulb size for the DRL/Fogs (innermost bulbs in the housing) is actually 9005, not 9006. Apparently the 9006s are for lower output/ low beam or fog light purposes, and the 9005s are higher output, so it might be a better idea to just use the 9006s and make them fit, via this mod thread because light output is not my goal here.
