2006 TL with 65k miles
Tranny went belly up 6 months ago, replaced with after market parts. Is there anything else I should look at getting done given the car's age, obviously the mileage is pretty low for everything else.

I have the same year and mileage, 06 with approx 66K. I would treat it like any 10 year old used car. Change fluids, check for any suspension wear (aka bushings), brakes/rotors, basically any maintenance/ preventative maintenance you can do to keep the car healthy for a long time. One main thing you should do is the Timing belt/water pump, if not done already. Those are ticking time bombs.

Definitely look into the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, serpentine belts. I just bought a 3rd TL, 2008 model with 108,000 miles and the tensioner for the timing belt was making a lot of noise. This is a common problem to be on the look out for. Also do the plugs along with a fuel system clean. I just had all this done today at my local Honda dealer for a little over $1,000.00. But the car runs so much better.
