hey i have a few questions i hope u can help me they want to charge 3500 to do the tranny swap on my 04 acura tl.
I recently got 04 acura tl with 6 speed manual tranny bembro brakes navigation and i like to add these features into my car problem is i dont know what parts to change i have done swaps on camaros but never on imports if u have pictures it would help alot i dont mind the time consuming i just dont want to end up with two down cars if u know what i mean thanks alot

im not sure what ur asking ... are u swapping a manual into an automatic or the other way around? either way, i know a guy in northern virginia area (NVAAV6) does the whole swap parts included for around 4500. so 3500 if that includes parts sounds like a good deal

I don't know if your asking for manual > auto or auto > manual but I wouldn't do either. If you want to swap it then sell/trade your car in for whatever you like.

It sounds like you want to swap in a Manual Transmission, Navi and Brembo Brakes? If it is, then definitely sell or trade your car in.

sorry for the confusion.

I own a 04 acura tl automatic with 20k miles no navigation or bembro brakes.
Recently purchased a 04 acura tl with a 6 speed manual tranny with navigation and bembro crashed in rear.
Looking to upgrade mines since i have only 20k miles on it i tried to look for other tls but none have my miles or condition.
Any one knows the steps and parts that need to be replace from automatic to manual im sorry about the previous thread thank you every one for your help.

basically strip the entire dash of both cars, along with the front suspension (also for that naiv you might have issues with a couple of components in the back/trunk), then swap everything taken out between cars...
