Traffic info overlay not working

Hola folks
I have noticed over the last week that I am not seeing the traffic overlay on the map. I have tried playing around with the settings and looked through the manual to no avail. Any help.will be appreciated. I do have an active acuralink subscription if that matters.

did it work before and now not working?
If icon displays it should be working unless you are in an area with no flow info

Sometimes mine does not work, but almost all of the time, it does.

I know that it is a cellular data connection whence they derive the traffic information.

I can only assume they've used Sprint or something. :-(

I must have had inadvertantly switched it off. I had to take it in for an oil change and I pointed it to the service advisor. He walked me through the navigation menus to show me that it had been switched off. In this case it was operator inadequacy and not the car's fault.
