Price for RLX timing belt change?

Just bought a new 2020 Sport Hybrid last summer (yeah, I am thinking way ahead), and being the only car in my stable with a timing belt I am wondering when and how much others have paid to get the work done. The owner's manual doesn't give a specific mileage, so I guess the MID indicates the service schedule when to change the belt? And if so, is it around 90k like most seem to indicate?

Lastly, the only accurate pricing info I could get was KBB, which said the belt should be "around $500." Has anyone had the service done and can comment on what it cost them?

The timing belt service will pop up around the 105,000 mile mark or recommended at 7 years minimal. It should include:
- timing belt
- serpentine belt kit
- oil and oil filter change
- check or replace water pump
- coolant change (two cooling systems for engine in DC inverter)
- spark plugs
- valve adjustment (if needed)

The timing belt service was around $1700 for my 11 MDX for the above. You can probably cut that price up to 1/2 with purchasing own parts for DYI or local shop.

I am not sure if the sport-hybrid will make any difference for the timing belt service, but I paid for my 06 RL on Acura dealer in Northern IL (north burbs of Chicago) $1265 (this included all above listed with spark plugs. The only thing I did not do was valve adjustment...
The same pricing was for my wife's 13 TL several weeks after... If you are local to NIL, dealer was Pauly Acura in Highland Park.

If you're getting a valve adjustment and spark plugs you shouldn't be paying anymore than about $1400 in most markets.

I double-checked my records and it was $1519.21 for a B14 service back in Mar/2018 for my 11 MDX at the dealership:
Oil change with filter
Timing belt with tensioner
Left/right gasket
valve adjustment
Spark plugs w. seal
Water pump
Serpentine belt wit tensioner
Coolant

Not expecting much difference in the charge when my 19 MDX hybrid (20,000 miles) or 18 RLX hybrid (14,000 miles) are due for timing belt service.

"Left/right gasket"? I would not consider this a maintenance item. Were you having issues?

Makes sense to go with new gaskets when the valve covers are removed to adjust the valves.
