No 2018 RLX???

Just stopped into my Acura dealer in Henderson, NV, and asked two salesman if they had a 2018 RLX that I could look at? They both told me that there would not be and 2018 models and that the 2018 year would be skipped. The new 2019 would be out in the Spring of 2018. I mentioned the 2018 was all over the net. along with a few car mazines, but they held firm on the lack of a 2018 edition. Now I realize that there are a lot of people that should not be selling cars, but is this possible considering all the evidence to the contrary?

Funny..the Owner of the Acura Dealership called me a week ago to inform of New 2018 Arrival and asked if I had any interest in trading my 17

I also got a call from the dealership stating that the 2018's would be arriving in approximately 2 weeks and if I was interested in purchasing one. They didn't know that I had just purchased a 2016 RLX from another dealership.

It constantly amazes me how much some sales guys are misinformed and/or willing to bend the truth to get a sale. I'd find another sales person or dealer. You don't want to deal with these two clowns.

It's funny, but that's just about the ONLY thing that I like about the 2018 redesign!

No I have a 2016 already and find the 2018 styling as seen in th photos unappealing. Just wanted see one in person to see if it was any better in person. The 2018 pics look like something out of a Godzilla flick IMO so I doubt that I will make the crossover.
