Another "wreck" hit to same part of car 3rd time

When I bought my car it had 6000 miles on it but it was hit in a slow collision in a parking lot on the right front side. About a year and a half ago or a little less, I was driving on the freeway. A pickup truck was infront of me along with another pickup truck infront of him. It was busy and people were following me close and there was no shoulder on the left side and I was in the left lane with alot of people on the right side. A big roll of carpet flew out of the back of the pickup truck and the pickup truck infront of me ran over it and I had to hit it too. It knocked my light out and broke the bracket etc. They blamed that on me somehow but nothing I could do. On Christmas eve, Somehow I was at a stop sign, I looked left then right and left again. (no one was coming anytime I looked). I then turned left and then as I turned and was going to get into the right turn lane, somehow I side swiped a truck and I was like what the hell. A long story short, he said that was the 3rd time he has been hit in the past few months or whatever. The right headlight got broken etc and they are saying $7,700 worth of damage but it might be more because they don't quote very high. I paid $1000 for the plastic rock chip guard on the car and mirrors and they only quoted $300 for that. The car has 98,000 miles on the thing. Is there any chance of bad body integrity being hit 3 times in the same spot? From what I can see, it needs a new right side light, grill, maybe review mirror, quarter panel on right side and the door is scuffed, the wheel is scuffed, tire is scuffed and right passenger door is scuffed. I have alot of miles clocked probably 500K-1million miles driven and this is the first time I feel at fault at this. I learn from mistakes and I won't be turning left again without looking back right a 2nd time. Most of the time there is a car coming or something and I can look back 8-10 times but there was no one no where, no witnesses of nothing. it was dead then I don't know how this even happend unless he was speeding bad and caught up to me somehow. The car had no warning things go off and it is an advance version.

Yes, the entire early production was recalled because of a tendency for the reflector to show influence from the atmosphere.

Honda forced the recall, so your car might very well have already had the redesigned units.

I just noticed hat I have a crack in the driver rear backlight and also the light to the left of that has water damage as if there is a crack in it or something. COuld that have been from the accident where i hit the right part of the car on the other guys truck? even though I didn't get hit in the back could the car twist a little breaking those lights?

The car did not twist - crumple zones and ACE send stresses around the cabin. If you had a dent on your roof near the sunroof that would be understandable but not your tail lights. Cracked one, someone / something has hit it. One with moisture, normal as they are vented and should clear on it's own.

Sucks that this car has seen so many incidents. Best of luck with your insurance company!!!
