2018 RLX sport hybrid fluid change

I just bought 2018 RLX Sport Hybrid, has 35000 miles on it, not sure if the previous owner changed any fluids but I want to do them.
My 2008 RL has 3 fluids transmission, transaxle and differential.
I was reading the manual that this car has transmission and twin motor fluids.
I called the dealership to ask and I was told that it is like the 2008, I need to replace transmission, transaxle and differential.
Is he correct?
What is the twin motor fluid?

I will preface with I do not have a RLX Sports Hybrid but do own a MDX Sports Hybrid which I believe have similar drivetrain. My manual also calls for the dual motor fluid change and it's simply DW-1 ATF, which is the same as what is called out in my 7speed DCT. On my MDX, if I look at the drain plug of the rear differential, it actually has ATF etched on it. I haven't had to change my center differential fluid yet, but it should be the 80/90 oil as all other SHAWD Acuras.

Just had my B16 service done on my 2014 SH. Yes, they changed the front transaxle and twin motor unit fluids.

Strange, the manual said to replace this fluid every 15K miles, and in heavy conditions 7.5K miles

I had mine changed at the dealer, I just hope the tech followed the proper procedures because I was billed for a old school dif and trans fluid change. Shifts were smoother, so I was happy.
