"Send to car" not working. Does yours?

"Send to car" not working. Does yours?
'19 RDX A-Spec and iPhone X.
When I use the app to find an address and then click "send to car", it never shows up at the car!
Anybody able to get this to work?

You're using the Acuralink app correct?

It works when the car is running ( or at least turned ON or "accessory" ). If the car isn't active, the app claims the address was sent to the car, but it never gets received. Presumably this is a bug.

If it does get fixed, it is a bug.

If it doesn’t, it becomes a “feature”.

Hit and miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Even if the app says that it was successfully sent to the car, it's a crap shoot when I go out to the car.

I have never had it work, not even once. It only works when I am in the car with full electrics running. I even tried to remote start the car, wait for it to start, and then send it from the app. When I got to the running car, nothing.

It has never worked with me while the car is off. If the car is on, then it sends it, but I get the message "Route Calculation Failed" on every attempt
