looks like I'm getting around the same in Northern California for an AWD A-Spec with white exterior and red interior. Getting $3k off MSRP plus $1,000 loyalty rebate. Comes out to around $46,300 with sales tax, DMV and doc fee.

I’m in SoCal...getting a sh-awd tech package for $44k otd., tax is 9.5%., minus fees and taxes that’s about $39,700 sale price. My first question is whether this is a good deal and mybother question is do all RDX come with the pro package? This is what one of the dealers told me.

i meant protection package: all season floor mats, cargo tray, wheels locks. It’s an extra $595, he told me that it’s probably already built into the other quotes I was getting. Just wanted to check if this is true. The quote he gave me was pretty much in line with everyone else though.

Odyssey402k, I'm going to attempt to get a similar deal on a SH-AWD Advance at Pohanka right after Christmas. Any tips on negotiating and how you go them to the $43,300? I have been trying to negotiate with dealers in my area (Nashville, TN and surrounding area) and getting no where. Wondering what your approach was with Pohanka and if you offered lowered than that initially? Also wondering if you're comfortable sharing your name so I can tell Jason that you referred me? Many thanks!

Advance AWD
Just me.....
yes, the MSRP is $48,395. I added remote start and splash guards. The negotiated price was just under $43,300, before applying the $1,000 Acura loyalty rebate.
I am extremely satisfied with the deal, and actually started out planning to purchase a tech package.I traveled 2+ hours to Pohanka Acura in Chantilly, Va., after emailing and talking with Jason Smith. They say they are the world’s largest Acura dealer, and they have a large inventory. I heard lots of stories about customers flying into Dulles airport and driving home in a new vehicle.
Definitely worth contacting them.

Keep in mind in a “pricing post” some users may be exaggerating their deals. I’m not sure why users would do this but I think it does happen. Thus don’t take pricing post as the gospel of prices that can be had.

And it seems to vary be region. How you can get below dealer invoice on a new model with zero incentives except for Acura loyalty, is pretty impressive. It's impossible in the Minneapolis area. They just don't seem to be able to keep them in stock.

I just bought an advance awd from a northern cal dealer. I didn't work them very hard and got em down from $48395 msrp to $45500. They have around 50 RDX in stock and it's the end of the year so I probably could have pushed more and got another $500-1000 off. They had 11 advance awd to choose from. Mine was built 11/18. I did the Acura 1.9 financing.

Purchase in NW Chicago Suburbs
Thanks for all the posts on this thread, they were helpful as I went about making our RDX purchase. Yesterday I purchased an Advanced AWD $44,592 before the $1,000 rebate for owning a Honda, plus taxes and title for an out the door price of $47,700.

I did do the TrueCar but my quotes from the internet sales people at the dealerships were coming in below that price, so I just worked them down from there.

My post was not directed at you. I know you can do better than TrueCar. ross7777 seems to be having difficulty getting a price below MSRP.

Is it a local supply of cars issue? As it turned out, the color (Fathom Blue Pearl) that I wanted wasn't available in large numbers in the area but I was able to get a car that was delivered to the dealer the previous day. It seems like a pretty competitive market in our area as I was in contact with 5 dealers to get quotes. Maybe a weekend trip down to Chicago would be worth it for you...

According to Edmunds the quotes I’m getting are in line with the area. Unfortunately it seems the RDX is very popular in my region.

I got a little bit of price movement when I used one dealer quote against the other. I will now go back to the first dealer and see if he’ll come down a little bit. I plan on leasing but the Acura money factor is a little high.

I look at price curve in TrueCar and sales statistics they show of how many people paid between certain price ranges. If I see handfull of people getting certain price range, then it should be possible (usually)

Finally pulled the trigger on Friday. A-Spec SH-AWD RDX. White exterior with red interior. $3k off MSRP and $1k Honda loyalty rebate. I got them to throw in wheel locks and all-weather floor mats also. Came out to $46,300 after sales tax, DMV fees and doc fee.

After much help on this website I negotiated a deal in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago at Arlington Acura for in advance all wheel drive for $44,806. My out the door was $47554 with a $6k trade plus $3k down. I worked with the Internet sales manager who is willing to beat any price I got out there by $500. In the end I worked with the sales associate Cesar. He was a very good guy. I requested pricing from every dealer in Chicago and three were very close and pricing. I could’ve waited until this week to try to get a better deal but I bought my car two weeks ago

Congrats to those of you getting great deals like these, I'm jealous. I think I'm throwing in the towel, I like the RDX but I'm not willing to pay the premiums in this area. This has been far too much effort for very little headway.
