Picture Request - Trying to decide between White and Gunmetal Grey
If you have one of these colors post your car (especially if has tint with tech pkg) . I've never seen a gunmetal grey in person and I'm unsure if I should hold out for one (dealership near me doesn't have any). I'm hoping it has more of a pearl metallic look then modern steel.
Thanks. Yeah I saw those, I was just hoping for more pics Seems like gunmetal is a new color for the RDX, not seeing it on any other Acuras. It's also pretty rare, perhaps because it's new. I may just go with the modern steel since easier to get.
Here is a Gunmetal Advance next to a Modern Steel Tech. It was overcast much of yesterday, so the metallics
aren’t popping as much as they might in bright sun.
Between the advanced and tech, the tech package wheels look waaaay better imo.
They could have done better with the Advance wheels for sure. They needed something closer to the prototype wheels, or at least the diamond cut accessory wheels should have been included on the Advance.

Seriously!! I like Acura and particularly the '19 RDX but how they could botch the wheels on the Advance model so badly, is baffling to me. It's like you've got this sleek, sexy, sporty looking vehicle and you slap wheels on it that would look more at home on a Dodge minivan. Please fix this Acura.....soon!!!
The Advance wheels look better in person to me. I wasn't sure I'd like them but I like them well enough to not want to change them out.. yet.
Acura could have and SHOULD have given us more and cheaper options. We all should be able to choose the wheels at purchase time but... noooo... I guess that would be too expensive for Acura /sarc.

They’re starting to grow on me a little bit, but I still like the Tech wheels better. Someone on e-bay has the tech wheels for sale for $200 each.
I agree that the Tech rims are nicer than Advance and Base. I just picked up my new RDX last Wednesday and chose white (which I normally do go with white). Here are a couple of pictures I took. The second I took in the garage and it really shows off the character lines from the side.

I couldn't agree more. Those wheels are not doing it for me and are almost borderline "deal breaker".
I don't love the Advanced wheels but I'm in total agreement with anyone who has said they look better in person. I think it's because they're darker than any renders make them look.
