MT already gave the SUV of the Year to the Jeep Wrangler. The QX50 wasn't even in the final group of contenders.

I know it's not the XT4, but the XT5 was crap

And grossly overpriced crap at that. I had a '14 SRX and a comparably equipped XT5 had an MSRP of a bit over $8K more for a, IMO, lesser vehicle.

At this point, the sales numbers prove that RDX is clearly the winner. I know Q5 and X3 are great SUVs but they cost more and their maintenance will be higher over the 4-7-10 years of ownership.
I am not even comparing QX50 with RDX anymore. QX50 is definitely luxurious and got an awesome dashboard but the dual/outdated screens and CVT transmissions make the vehicle out of the competition for me. I will never pay $50K for a CVT. I will go get myself a nice Nissan Rogue and save over 10-15K.
