Drove my new Advance at night for the first time yesterday, and noticed the inside small lights above the rear side windows. Is there any way to turn these off? I can turn on and off the map lights, but not the small LEDs. I didn't find an obvious setting, and searched here to no avail. If there is already a thread on this, please advise. Thanks all!

You can't turn them off but if you really don't like them look into this product: LightDims: Dim Led Lights, Halos Around Lights For Light Sensitive Eyes!

I ran across them a few years ago and they really work well for toning down LEDs.

I'm not surprised that they can't be turned off. No biggy, really. Where we live it is pretty dark at night, so they are perhaps more obvious here than for folks that live in a brighter night time environment.
Interesting product, thanks for the link, however, it's not that I don't like them, I was just wondering. I'll just leave them as is.

SOLD! The blue "HD" light on my parents' cable boxes are ridiculously bright - so much so that Dad prefers to watch the SD versions of channels just to avoid the bright, laser-like blue light. The display on a toaster oven in my kitchen will give you a tan. These things are the elegant solution I've been looking for. Thank you!

I use these all over the house. I prefer to sleep in a completely dark room and the little LEDs on various electronic devices prevent me from getting a good night sleep. Light Dims are a perfect, non-permanent solution.

Totally off topic but I am so jealous of people that can sleep in pitch black. I literally cannot do it. Ugh I'm such a chicken!

Sadly, my wife is my complete opposite of myself, she is like you and can't sleep in the dark either. She uses a night light but I've used a Light Dims to dim the light just enough to make her happy and to keep my sanity.

Haha I'm hoping my wife won't mind my little night light or end up thinking she also married a wife hahahahah. It's just not knowing what is in front of me that scares the hell out of me. I've woken up in the middle of the night before with the light burnt out and sheer panic.... Thank God my phone is always right next to me and has a flashlight.
