informant system froze after update

has anyone experniced their informant system freezing on the disclaimer screen after latest update .or any offerings on how to reset it without going to dealership ???

Pull fuse #37 in the driver's side fuse box and then put it back in. When you restart the car the infotainment screen will ask you to enter a security code or press the power knob for two seconds, press the power knob for two seconds and it will go back to normal.

blank screen

pulled and put back in the fuse now the screen is completely blank any ideas how to fix ???

Are you sure the fuse is back in all the way, or it did not blow in the meantime? If that doesn't work then it is off to the dealer I'm afraid.

Best way to do is to disconnect the battery and put it back in after 10 seconds. Happened to me as well and it works after disconnect the battery. No need to re-Enter the radio code.
