I tried to activate AT&T data connection using VIN but that failed. So called AT&T and opened a case. Now they are asking the SIM details (SIM Number/ICCID); does any one know how to find this?

There is no option in the Acuralink app.

I'd be very interested also to learn how to find the SIM details and IMEI number. My interest would be to explore the possibility of using a provider other than ATT. I'm in Canada and the data rates for the "Acura plan" are stupid high.

Mine display Dealer Demo Mode but i do not see anything on the website about this. I too would like to add this to my VZW carrier account as it would be cheaper since I have service with them.Hopefully I can change the SIM for this.

I would also love to find out where the SIM card is located and the details? Is the system unlocked so I can put in my own sim card?

I gave up trying to get my free trial with ATT. For me, I just didn’t see how it was better than my phone, nor why I would pay for yet another connection.

Did you guys buy the car from AT&T? Do we know if the system had a SIM card or a module hard wired in?

Why don't you go to the dealer and say "set this up" or call Acura and have them sort it out.
