Dull spot on A-Spec painted trim

Anyone seen this before ?

I know dealership will take care of as it is in the photos I snapped when I took delivery but just wondering if anyone has this dull not shiny (but still smooth) spot on any of their blacked out trim pieces

Possible to polish it out. If not dealership needs to get that repainted for free.

if it's a chrome piece, I think Acura Dips the plastic into a sea of chrome, almost like hydrodipping. would be hard to polish out as it's not really paint.
Almost looks like a finger print.

Looks exactly like a fingerprint. Take the car down to the local constabulary and see if they can find a match.

I contemplated on using the word "exactly" even tho that's what it exactly looks like! lol

I thought the dipping process would be more automated, but it looks like someone got impatient and grabbed the piece without tongs imprinting their print!
or perhaps while the piece was drying, someone picked it up and moved it.

which is weird, you would think it would be more automated
