Autolink Remote Services not working

Anyone else having problems with their Autolink Remote Services not working using their app? Mine has been down for the past week. Last Thursday was the last time that it worked. I just called Acura and was told that this was also reported by other owners and the engineers were working on a fix. I just want to know how prevalent the issue is.

It seems to be very prevalent. Mine stopped working Thursday evening. There is a thread about remote start not working thru Acuralink that is basically the same problem. FYI mine is still updating Fuel, range and odometer but nothing else works.

Same for me. I reported the issue to Acura on Monday and they got back to me on Wednesday. The rep said that it was a known issue and the engineers were working on a fix. Later that day, I received an email stating that my AcuraLink account had been updated. I logged into the app and everything was back to normal.

So, no fix unless you contact them? That kinda sucks.

Yes, you have to contact them. My system just started working again today after more than a week of nothing. Took 3 days for the engineers to fix it.
