Acura Link Button

When trying to use the Acura Link button on the overhead console I get a message that the vehicle is not recognized. Any idea what needs to be done.

Contact your dealer. They had to do something on their end.

So brought the RDX to the dealer this morning about the AcurLink button not working, there is a blue light that should light up mine doesn't for those that has a working AcurLink is your AcurLink button lit up.

My button is lit. I only used it once, but it worked.

Mine was a bit of a headache. Dealer has to enter it on their end, and I had to call the Acura support line because my VIN wasn't in their system. They said they'd have a supervisor call us back. 2 days later and no one called us back. Tried the button again and it worked.

Mine is in the system, Have a appointment for Monday for the Dealer can check out the Acura Link button, it may be bad.

Got a call yesterday from Acura Link, saying that there techs did something in the back ground on my case and got the problem solved, so I can now report that all my Acura Link App problems or solved I can use all function of the app.
