If I interpolate those numbers that would put the Advance model leasing for around $800 with nothing down. EEEEK I will have to wait or choose a different car based on that amount.

Still far to expensive for a lease. Money factor is expensive and purchase isn''t discounted enough. Who in their right mind would put $5K down on a lease for a RDX?

As far as money factor is concerned, it is below average for most of the manufacturers right now. I was cross shopping this against an X3. BMW is charging .00166 on their vehicles right now, and that is only because of dealer backlash after they raised it to .00187 at the beginning of July. They lowered back to .00166 after two days. I've seen some aggressive money factors from Audi and Mercedes, but only on their high volume or slow selling models. The A4, as an example (which seems to be both high volume and low selling right now) has a rate of .00018, but the residual is low at 53%. The A5 Sportback is a pretty popular model for them right now, but they are keeping volume low and their rates are .00205 with a 58% residual. The key to all of those cars is that the dealers will move at minimum 5% off the MSRP (probably 10%+ for BMW), That just isn't happening right now with the RDX in most places, unless you qualify for a loyalty credit. I'm not as familiar with Acura's historical leasing rates and credits, so I'm guessing you are basing you comments more specifically on that, than in general.

I've been going back and forth with my dealer for over a month now, so the OP is correct.... as we get closer to the end of summer, the dealers and Acura are more willing to negotiate. I am looking a a SH-AWD model, but possibly will go up to the other trims, but I personally don't see the value.
A month ago, the offer was $4k down / $499 per month. Now it is $3.3k down / $450 per month. That's not too bad considering they are waving my last few payments on my current lease and eliminating some excess mileage charges. I'm still holding out for at least a slightly better deal but may pull the trigger on this soon.

WPJoe posted his lease deal in the Prices Paid thread earlier. It's probably the best I've seen anyone get so far on either an Advanced or A-Spec model. His is SH-AWD as he mentioned later on in that thread.

Yeah not much has changed on RDX leases. Acura to begin with rarely follows the 1% rule but the 2019 RDX's are some horrible leases. People on here putting $5K-$7K! lol Acura current promo for the North East is like $4K down at 10K miles for 36 months for $409 a month for a base AWD, pretty shoddy
on a side note I finally got to see a new third gen and test drive and I was super impressed with the interior and tech, the outside with pentagonal grill still has not grown on me, performance wise it feels a tad snappier but nothing game changing. For me it's all about the tech and materials that make the car great, but is it worth $40K with almost zero discounts? No I will just take a 2018 RDX Advance which can be had for $39K or bellow. On the other hand the third gen Tech and above IMO are worth it over the 2nd gen. The Tech AWD is $43.5k which compared to it's competitors isn't a lot but IMO but still more than I want to pay for an Acura since at that point since a Lexus NX 300 w/ navigation package, premium package, cold weather package is exactly the price but can be had with a decent discount plus leases better.
Overall this is still a car reserved for cash will to take very small discounts.

My deal was a bit unique as I was 12k over on my TLX lease, which also had some damage (a dented trunk). I also had 2 payments left. If I just handed in the car, I would have had to pay $2,800 to the dealer - minimum.
I leased an AWD Tech for $3,290 down and $500/mo. 12k miles/year.
On a side note, I love the car!

I too will be looking to see what the best I can get for zero down when I contact the dealer. I do have about 2 months until I do it though so I'm assuming it will be more reasonable then. I'll be looking for an A-Spec though and 12K/year.

Anyone got any lease quotes or deals lately?
As stated in one of my previous posts above, I know the new incentive numbers won't be out for another 2 weeks or so but just checking to see if anyone has gotten any better deals?

finally signed on Advance Lunar Silver best I could get was $625 mo. $2500 total upfront including tax and first payment. Not the best but tolerable as my BMW had to go back Monday so I was carless. Good news is I love the car and everything works great unlike my BMW.

Advance, AWD Black interior & exterior - $616/mo (36mo, 7.5k/yr). Would have been $1480 upfront for TTL & 1st mo, but I added another $595 for the acquisition fee (hate to pay interest on fees so didn't wanna wrap it into the lease).
I have NEVER paid this close to MSRP for a car in my life, nor do I plan to again. But, my lease on my TLX was up and due to a change in driving habits I had 14,000 miles left on the lease and the ONLY Acura I was willing to consider this time around was the 3G RDX. Stock levels in California seem really really tight especially for the AWD Advance - there are only a handful in all of Northern California and if you eliminate the brown interiors there are like three... well two now. But, I'm happy with it so far even knowing what I paid.

The wife got her RDX Advance and money factor worked out to 3.1% interest. And unlike almost all other Acuras no first payment covered so full 36 month lease, my TLX was $4K off MSRP and sign and drive 35 payments and if I recall about ~2.5% interest. Clearly Acura has no incentive to discount the car they are moving off lot as fast as they arrive. The dealer told me they had numerous calls about her RDX since it hits the dealer web site a few days before it arrives.

Now that we're in September, I think that the new incentives and lease numbers are out thru the end of October. Has anyone found out what the new money factors and residuals are and how they compared to what they were previously? I know the Edmunds forum was the place to go for that but last time I was there they made a change and put all the lease questions in one single thread regardless of make/model so it was terrible to read or try to find anything.

After having leased my RDX Advance for a couple of weeks and taken one road trip I am super happy. Not having any of the issues that some have stated on this board. Finally have a good grasp of the infotainment system and the car is a dream on the road super quiet and with the lane keep assist I have to force myself to stay awake lol. Happy with my lease sure it will probably go lower over time but I am so much happier in this car than my BMW I returned it more than makes up for the difference.

I was in my dealer 2 weeks ago. Asked about trading in my 2012 RDX for a 2019. Got the same really high pricing (only got $400 off msrp) and .00131 money factor. There were 3 people that walked in wanting a new RDX while I was hanging out at the dealer over about 2 hours.
It may be awhile before these numbers come down.
Oh plus they would only give me $8k on my 2012 RDX.

Leased the RDX AWD A-Spec, 7.5k per year. No money down, trade in, or first payment. 35 monthly payments of $630. Residual is around 28k. Love the car so much I should of bought it.
