hahah Justin pulling a justin!
nah, i learned my lesson on that.

launching the car, however, proved to be detrimental to the tranny mount.

I got mine done in stafford.
on Murphy road/1092

The place i got mine at is SunSHield.
the only reason why i went there, was because they are an authorized Huper Optik tint seller.
I went with huper optik for the heat rejection and Uv protection.
it is pricey, tho. i think i spent like 345 on all 4 or 5 windows.

I went to Executive Tint on Hilcroft and Westeimer. I payed like 350 or so and with life time warranty. (I payed more because it had tint already on the car).

I used Executive recently. They botched the rear quarter glass on the 1st go around, but they did make it right in the end. What irked me, was that I requested the full quarter glass without gap and got a "no problem" response. Then they delivered the car and the gap looked worse than the original tint that was on the car. Then, during the initial complaint by me, they started giving these outrageous excuses why they "don't take the car apart", or "don't fully wrap the glass". It felt like I had to negotiate the re-do, when they clearly could have just admitted it was done wrong. They were clearly trying to play it off at first, the excuses were total BS.

Normally I have specifics put in writing before hand, but the one time I didn't, it kinda bit me.

If had to get another tint done, I would try EVS on Bellaire. They also have Huper Optic, and the newer transition tint too.

They do great work over there. Believe it or not, if I need my tires balanced or an alignment I drive all the way up there from Galveston.

For those if you guys who know me from the Austin thread and the meets, I have a friend that does tint, car audio and performance stuff in Houston if your interested. 45 Modern Sounds on 8464 Gulf Freeway. His shop does just about everything you need. 713-242-8059 and his name is Tony and he is the owner. Didn't mean to high jack the thread. :0

I wanted a true dual from pcd and 2.25 pipe all the way back. I asked him to make it as quiet as possible. DirtyJohn added a Xpipe with two resonators.
I am very happy with the build and can definitely feel the car breathe better. I had that surging issue with the s/c, but after the exhaust build I didn't experience it anymore. if it comes back, ill keep yall posted

Here is what it sounds like when I first start it up.
If I have time this weekend, I'll dyno to see what kind of number this car is putting down. I also need a rear lip kit bad!
